Deep Sea
During recent years the sea has been a place of tranquility and introspection for me, where I can slow down the constant and intensive search for inspiration and innovation, experiencing faraway places and enthralling cultures.
During this calming inspection of the sea, new images rose before my eyes, such as sea creatures, fossils, shells,
limestone rocks and pebbles, and this collection was born from these. The collection gives the feeling of being under the sea, the soothing, gentle motion of sea creatures, the revelation of surprising creatures, new amorphic shapes that one cannot see elsewhere, with a variety of textures – some smooth, light and flexible, others rough, sharp and solid with a strong presence.
